Learning conferences!?!
This week we have learning conferences and I have made a learning conference slide and 2 learning storeys one for P.E and Digital technology/health I am going to present my slides with you they are basically about what we are doing for maths, writing, reading etc.
In conclusion: I think this is a good way to show my work with whomever I am sharing it with and it is a lot quicker and simple for me to switch between tabs and things.
I am a student at in Uru Mānuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. Please note....some work won't be edited - just my first drafts, so there may be some surface errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas.

Pe Fitness testing Hurumanu
Fitness Hurumanu
For this terms hurumanu we are doing P.E, for P.E we have been doing fitness testing and beep tests.
(What we did for fitness testing)
We had to do abdominal conditioning test, Sit and reach and vertical jump, we had a group of people 1 tester the person that writes down your marks and scores and the rest of us did the tests here is what the tests are and my marks.
(Power-Vertical Jump)
Basically what we did first was stand and put your arm up to the vertical marking on the wall and my standing measurement was 1.95 and then finally I had to jump and touch a marking 3 times all times I got the same measurement (2.3) as you can see its not a big difference and I differently want to improve my vertical jump.
(Flexibility- Sit and Reach)
We had to sit on the ground with no shoes on, in front of us was a little slidey board with measurements on it and we had to stretch our legs out to touch the board and then move the slider to a measurement using only the tips of our fingers here is what I got (20cm). I also realised that the shorter the person the longer the measurement they get.
(Muscular Endurance- Abdominal conditioning test)
For this one, we had the mat on the ground and we had 30seconds, what we had to do in those 30 seconds was situps my final score was (20) and no one was allowed to hold your feet. I definitely think I can do better.
Conclusion
I think this was very interesting it was nice to know my different skills and how I can Improve them, These marks and measurements are deffinatly encourageing me to get better. Im also alot better at certain things then I thought I was.
